waterford district office front desk lady was horribly rude. overheard her tell a woman who was taking the drug test "do you speak fluent english?" to which she replied with yes, and then she said "what did i just say"? and then proceed to tell her she can't work there if she doesn't speak fluent english, which is not only NOT listed as a requirement, but also extremely rude. Me he quedado sorprendida de lo poco profesional q son en la oficina de Miami. Lleve a mi nieta a la oficina porque ella no tiene transporte y la receptionista me dijo q me tenia q salir de la oficina y esperar a mi nieta en el carro, que alli no se permitian acompanantes. Que mala educacion a pesar de ser un Centro para recrutar educadores.
