Unfriendly, that's not the way people should treat other people
They are only interested in building up their database. They lure you in with the promise of some reliable prospects but it is a waste of your time. They are responsive when they need you to come in but afterwards good luck getting someone to talk to you. I wasted a couple of hours going in, filling out paperwork and taking their tests.
