Poor Service. Very disappointing experience with Kelly Services. Throughout my time working with them, communication was extremely poor. They often wouldn’t respond to messages or return phone calls, leaving me feeling completely ghosted when I needed help. Very unprofessional and frustrating. I would not recommend Kelly Services.
When you are hired by the company, you will never hear back from them, they do not pick up the phone calls and do not reply your messages, you will have to go to the office to ask whatever you need to ask. PTO? They don’t reply, problems with payments? Don’t reply, holidays? Don’t reply. This staffing agency has been by far the worst I have worked for. I do not recommend it.
I feel like I was scammed by the recruiters. Filing out my personal info for a background check for some company called, IRCA. Never heard word again from any recruiter.
