Switched to Kelly’s after 4 years of suffering with WM. To say I’ve been impressed is an understatement, which being blown away by a refuse service may sound wild. But after dealing with passive aggressive drivers, skipped pick ups and terrible customer service with WM I am. I absolutely love working for this man and his family. I could not ask for a better person to work for. One of the most kind hearted and willing to help anyone out in an instant. As for other local trash companies, I cannot say that. And before you guys go bashing us for prices for drop offs and what not, you need to understand what it means to run a trash business.
