If I could give NO star review... it'd be more appropriate! Bad business ethnics and not professional. Lady that answers the phone, needs to listen better. And articulate and enunciate words without slang. Poor communication. Very rude, too. But it's ok, I'm glad I have other prospects in the works. Not loosing sleep.
