I have never been treated as bad as I have with this service. Not only do you "fall between the cracks" but then they have TOTALLY ruined my holiday by not making sure my paycheck was here. I am so glad that Kelly Services Personnel had a great Thanksgiving, because they didnt give a dam about their employees having one !!!!

This Agency is VERY disorganized, VERY RUDE and Unprofessional. Expect to be lied to, Wait for hours in the office, and be treated like you dont matter. The Staff have NO people skills at all. They also Lie and tell you they have assignments for Immediate employment, when you finally get out of them that they are EXPECTING SOON to have some employment opportunities. The application process is LONG and just plain not worth the time, effort or gas to go through! THIS PLACE IS AWFUL!!!!
The Kelly Services off Shelbyville Rd in Louisville KY is Very disorganized, they put you through 3-4 hours of skill assessments just to tell you that they have NO assignments at the present time, which was NOT what they told me over the phone when I called. Some of the staff are nice, but some are VERY RUDE. They mislead you to believe that there a positions available when all they seem to do is waste your time!!!!! The staff is AWESOME and they are very good about helping us find jobs. This office is very professional and Jackie is a very good office manager.
