Overall great experience. My recruiter Ginger was great & patient & even when she stepped out of office and. Devon’s assisted me & this turned out to be the smoothest process ever getting a job. Everything went great in office as well I highly recommend going through Kelly Services in the future for anyone.
Unprofessional. Loved my job at Jabil, and was a good worker. Never had any disciplinary action/write ups. Made a complaint because supervisors were cussing at us due to their inability to do their job and guide us. Kelly onsite would never be around or answer calls. I was suspended for 3.5 weeks for making a complaint, then let go. It is a federal law violation to fire an employee for making a valid complaint for safety reasons and harassment. Outstanding experience at the Kelly center in Florence, KY. Their team provided exceptional support for my job search at Jabil. A special thank you to Bobbie Jo Wren, whose warm welcome, radiant smile, and friendly demeanor immediately made me feel at ease. The entire team's professionalism and dedication were impressive. Highly recommend!
Lack of professionalism. I loved my job at Jabil and did a good job. I was never late, I was always on time. Kelly on site was never present or answered calls. I was fired. For no reason, I came in five minutes late for my break inside the building. There was a supervisor inside Jabil. He didn't like me. He asked me where I was. I told him I was in my car. I was lying down because my head hurt. It was break time. Why is break time is 10 minute at Jabil?
After stopping by the experience that me and my friends had was very unpleasant the lady at the front desk was very nice about welcoming us and telling us to sign in the Hispanic lady and the very heavy set lady was being so cruel to the non spoken english people basically yelling at them to leave the office that they would not offer them any position after overhearing this insulting matter I immediately walked out and no longer interested in this place ! racism at first sight !
