Had an issue with our septic system over the weekend, left a couple of messages and sent a pic of what we thought is wrong Sunday evening. The called 1st thing Monday and we’re at our place in an hour, got it all fixed and we are up and running. Highly recommend them.

Here’s a revised version: I had a terrible experience with customer service. I called around 5 pm because sewage was backing up in my house. The recorded message instructed me to text 901-603-3919 for emergencies. I sent a text at 5:11 pm, but didn’t get a response until 9 am the next morning, advising me to call the number and press option 2. Took a solid week and multiple phone calls just to get scheduled. We had to have our realtor also call since this house was in contract and closing the same week. I scheduled a real estate inspection and pump out (Kelly will not inspect without charging you for a pump out). After the pump they left multiple piles and lines of sewage in the yard from rolling up their hose, flies, the smell and now dead grass all over, this is how they left it!
