Horrible Customer Service! The Front Desk is rude in person and on the phone. They did not ask me if i had med pay as this was related to a car accident. Then demanded I pay the balance on my next visit or I could not see the doctor. I paid, then they charged my med pay after and am now trying to get reimbursement for my out of pocket payment they owe me. Totally Unprofessional and not Organized. Never Going Back AGAIN.
Dr. Kelly is always attentive to his patients and explains in detail the issue and the treatment necessary that will help to resolve the issue.
