We sold our townhouse and bought a single family home about 3.5 yrs ago during the really crazy market. When things went wrong on the buyer’s end, as they sometimes do; Kelly & her team stepped in to hold the buyer’s hand through several meltdowns on their end to get us to the settlement table! Kelly is the best. She takes care of everything. From pictures to managing my expectations. She sold my family’s heritage property that we have had since colonial times. She nailed it. Worked with me through ups and downs and close calls. And then I can text her anytime and she’ll have some help in other areas. I truly don’t know that I could have do this with anyone else.
