They are very unprofessional and exceptionally rude. I took my family here over the weekend, they completely botched everyone’s nails, refused to take off one of the girls nails because “They don’t take off full sets”. They refused to allow me to speak to a manager, and they have blocked my number and repeatedly have been hanging up on me. I will be disputing the charges, and taking them to civil court.
I got a terrible eye infection from getting lashes. They were so heavy on my eyes. I could barely keep my eyes open and the glue was so thick. You couldn’t move them. It was terrible.
