Absolutely do NOT get any kind of permanent makeup at this salon. It is illegal in the state of Oklahoma to do any form of permanent makeup anywhere other than a doctor’s office, medical spa, or dentist office. As a permanent makeup artist myself I recently received a call to do an emergency brow removal session for a woman whose brows were botched here.
