Attempting to discourage me from sharing my experience is both inaccurate and concerning. It reflects the same tone I encountered during my interactions with this practice. I can't rate the dentist because we never got an appointment. I called to get my husband an appointment about 2 months ago and was told to fill out all the forms on line and they will be calling me back to make the appointment. The forms were a lot of information that took awhile to fill out.( Seemed like way more information needed than any other dentist ever asked for. ) I called them back after about a month and they said they were short handed but will try to get to me as soon as possible.
