Horrible service, extremely rude.
BAD doctor. She really does not care about her patients and diagnosed wrong.
She’s been my primary care physician for several years. She listens and is very sympathetic. Doesn’t hesitate to make referrals to specialists. No complaints.
I went in for a check up and script transfer. Well, a week before the script runs out I call to get it filled and I can’t. The pharmacy says it’s under historical not current medications. I call her office and they say it’s fixed. It’s not, a week and a patients advocate later I have to call in another doctor to get them to write a new prescription for it. I went back to her a second time and she actually started banging her fist and speaking loudly says you need to talk like this to get help.
She's very professional but caring! You will be a family to her!
Dr. Ching has a great bedside manner, she's friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She's personable and easy to talk to. I highly recommend Dr. Ching!
