I have been a loyal customer for around 11 years. This time I was very disappointed and frustrated! I had a appointment at 10:00. Around 9:00 ( after all furniture was removed) they asked if they could come the next day. I had a doctor's appointment a s wouldn't be home. I was several hours with no reply. Got a text said they would be here at 3:00. That was fine, but didn't hear from them until til about 4:45. Called the next day. Trevor text back asking how he could help me. I had an appointment scheduled for April 1st between 11:00–12:00 that was confirmed via text the night before and added to my calendar by the company. No one showed up, and I was unable to reach anyone despite multiple attempts. I ended up waiting for several hours, which completely disrupted my day. Very disappointing experience, especially given the confirmation and lack of communication. I would expect better reliability and respect for clients’ time.

I had such a great experience with this Kelly’s carpet cleaning company! They were fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. My carpets look brand new and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great service and amazing results!

I used Kelly’s carpet cleaning service before I sold my house. He does an amazing job, and he’s honest. He doesn’t nickel and dime you for every square foot. His prices are fair, his quality of work is incredible, and his level of honesty is hard to come by these days. Definitely use this carpet cleaning service every time you need work done. I cannot recommend him enough. He knows his trade, and he does it well.
