poor service, disappointing experience. this guy working there called us over while we were wearing soccer jerseys, complimented them, and told us he’d give us a free plate. we placed our order, got to checkout, and then said, “I never said that” on top of that, the service felt rushed and the food was mid. if something sounds too good to be true, it is, learned the bad way. poor service, rushed experience, and sucky food. wouldn’t recommend unless you like supporting manipulating & lying to customers
Chicken had no sauce on it and received very little. Was rushed through line so fast they didn’t even give us a chance to tell them what we wanted. Then added extra sides without saying we wanted them and charged for extra entree. Very poor service and food.
First time visiting the spot. They offered samples of bourbon chicken (which was really good) so I got in line to order. The serving staff were very rude. I wanted more of the food they offered but he gave me no choice but to move along. So I left disappointed with only noodles and bourbon. Yikes 😳. I will visit the spot next door, which I had in mind first. Maki of Japan I believe it’s called.
Bourbon chicken was good. The noodles too soggy and too much sauce on them. Guy was really nice and offer us samples before ordering..
One of the best places to get food at the mall! Love love love their food. My husband loves their food too! Their options are great as well. Staff are kidn and friendly. It is a little pricey but the food quality makes it well worth it! Highly highly recommend!
