I had a really terrible experience that convinced me that my car had to be taken to a specialist and I would be never be able to coordinate the repairs on my own because I didn't know cars... I have a 2007 A3 coupe and, specialists or not, they got the job done, and well. We triaged the 100k maintenance projects and fixed the oil leak. I paid under what I expected to pay and they got it done when they said they would. Thank you so much for helping me!
