We just moved to Bayville and never owned a pool. We needed a small part. We tried Kelly’s pools and not only was she extremely helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. She truly was one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I felt like not only will I be back for ALL my pool needs, but I met a new friend. Highly recommended!!

Needed a new liner for our inground pool. From start to finish, they have been here day after day working n updating us as it goes. Class act. Have been a customer for many, many years and will continue to do so.
Sean just left after giving me a tutorial on pool maintenance. He showed me that we had hooked up the hoses incorrectly and fixed that issue, then showed me how to vacuum the pool, test the water and work the filter. He was very patient and knowledgeable. Their store tests the water for free and they have everything you need to purchase “in house” for a beautiful, crystal clear pool. I highly recommend Kelly Pools and Spas.
