They are truly experts at cleaning and repairs of any rug type. My friends are also using them for regular carpet cleaning and they are satisfied too. I have tried to clean my rug and almost ruined it. I guess I used very aggressive cleaning solutions and the colors ran all over the rug. It was a mess! Luckily, they did color correction on the damaged areas and saved my rug.
