Excellent service . Large inventory. Very knowledgeable .
It was a great experience going into the store with Jeffrey helping me identify the exact paper I needed. The amount of options to choose from is also very impressive, and it really helps to have a friendly and dedicated employee to walk you through the process to get you what you need.
It's primarily for people that know a thing or two about paper types, thicknesses, etc. That being said, the staff is friendly enough to help anyone! They have lots of bulk paper.
We have an old design printer at work that uses T120 24" x 150" 2" diameter roll indefinite design paper, weight class (unknown). Not sure what that is, neither am I. I didn't have the slightest clue. The printer and the stock of paper date back to prior to me working here. However today was the day that we ran OUT. I was given a small napkin size piece of "scrap" and asked to "please find it" "today" not "online" or "delivered". Fun fact... Between the launch of the digital era and covid, this turned into a difficult task. ... read more
