Doctor was excellent, professional and pleasant. The wait was excessive.
I appreciate Dr. Olsen always making sure that I continue to follow up with her about my kidneys.
Although I was initially disappointed to learn that my longtime urologist, Dr. Goldlust, had retired, I was very pleased with my experience with Dr. Olsen. She was extremely knowledgeable about my medical history, asked thoughtful and relevant questions, listened carefully to my concerns, and took the time to address them. I felt heard, respected, and confident in the care she provided.
