Kelly Ollendorff was amazing and I felt she was always available to help and inform me along the way. My loan was able to be approved and completed timely and I was really happy with the result. The app makes it easy to follow along but my loan officer also emailed and texted or called to update me as well. Great loan options and rates!

Thank you Kelly for making this happen and making sure we get our first home for our little big family! Even when the lender messed up and put the closing on verge of colapse, Kelly and her team stepped in and within 24 hours had the whole situation under control and closed exactly when we were supposed to!
