Dr. Plemmons-Winfield has been my PCP for over 5 years and I have NEVER been able to be seen in her office when I'm actually sick. I have to go to Urgent Care every time. What's the point of having a Dr if you can't be seen? Now I need a referral for an ongoing issue and I'm STILL waiting!!! I've taken matters into my own hands.
I'd give no stars !!!He did a tibula fibula internal fixture on my leg that I had nothing but trouble from day one tells me I'm none weight bearing but put me on a walker he lied up one side down other in my charts trying to blame me for it being a bad set up n not staying he then thinks I'm going to let him operate again and no not without a sec opinion I'm no idiot I wouldn't recommend someone I didn't like much less
She refused to sign paperwork that would have helped my wife keep her job. Denied us for 3 months to sign papers for a diabetes work accomendation. Even though she refused to look or help with anything outside diabetes, it took her 4 months to get us a glucose monitor which doesn't help at all without insulin so... not sure what the plan was on that. Even took extra parental backup and was told that if the diabetes was under control you wouldn't have foot pain from working a factory job 60 hours a week. She refuses to commun... read more

Went to her for around 3 yrs. She is a nice person. She just does not know how to be a doctor.
Dr. Plemmons is fantastic, knowledgeable, personable, empathetic and caring.
Confidence emerges from a genuine belief in oneself, leading to positive self-assurance, openness to collaboration, and empathy for others. Arrogance, however, stems from insecurity, resulting in an inflated sense of self-importance, dismissive behavior, and a lack of empathy.We didnt feel Dr. Fuller was considerate or respectful for our questions.
