Very professional and courteous staff. Tifanie in particular always provides accurate details of what is needed and recommended service to be done on my car. I have had no complaints with the quality of service she and the Kelly crew provide. She and the staff make it no problem of me being a loyal customer of Kelly.
Scott Smith, Service Advisor of Kelly Nissan - Service Center, Easton, PA was of extreme help solving the issues I had with my Nissan Rouge. Not only was he efficient, but also conducted himself with the utmost respectful professional manner. I've been holding back on leaving a review even though they asked me to (they thought they did an excellent job). On my last visit I went in for inspection and emissions stickers. My car has 42k miles and had the transmission fluid "flushed /full service with pan cleaned filter replaced" at around 35k miles at the same Kelly Nissan. I put the words between "..." because I asked them to take a couple of pictures of actually doing the fkin thing as I paid top dollar for FULL TRANSMISSION SERVICE not just drain and fill. I love this place for servicing my car. They have always been honest & straightforward with me, do great, reliable work, & return my car to me freshly washed. Great customer service from nice people in a nice, clean facility. Their waiting room is prepared for customer comfort and has complimentary snacks & drinks available. The best!
Ridiculously overpriced. Went once and never again. They gave me a list of "recommended" services, most of which were totally unnecessary, totalling over 2000$. They charged over 60$ in labor to replace a bulb in my headlight. 60 bucks for 30 seconds of work. Only go here if you have a money tree growing in your yard.
