I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Alfred, my service advisor. He was dismissive and made me feel like I was wasting his time, even though I knew something was wrong with my car. I took my car to another Nissan dealership and discovered that my oil pan was severely rusted and my tires had bad tread and were bulging. I wouldn't recommend bringing your car here.

I changed my oil about 2 weeks ago. Here's the result: I went there, and they told me they washed the undercarriage. I didn’t trust them, so I recorded a video underneath the car. I asked them to do it again because they didn’t clean well. Unfortunately, the result was the same. Whatever changes are made in this store, please make sure they check before and after. I was a loyal customer for many years buying at least 6 cars. In addition, I utilized their service department as I found their prices reasonable with a great staff. However, see what happened in 2025. I should have moved on from them after August 2025. 12/30/25 They installed the wrong size wiper blades. Luckily, I noticed it before it rained/snowed or I could have got in an accident as I couldn't see out my front window. $515 for an hour of labor? I recently had my mass air flow sensor (P0101) replaced and the throttle body cleaned. Based on AI estimates, this type of service typically takes between 10 minutes to an hour. I assume part of the cost covers the 12-month/12,000-mile warranty, but the labor charge still feels excessive. The part cost was $332.17.
