I took my 5 and 3 year old daughters to have their toenails painted and we had a great experience. Kind and friendly staff and they did a great job on the girls’ nails.

Kelly was doing nails when I walked in for shellac polish removal. She was rude and charged me $11 plus change for removing polish. Her and the lady that removed my polish were laughing at me or about me and repeating what I requested to them in English, then speaking back and forth with eachother in their language. Rude and UNWELCOMING behaviour. I have yet to find a salon in woodstock, where I feel welcome. So rude! I can see why their rating is so low. First off, I went there with a family member and she made a reservation for our nails to be done side by side together. (We were not beside each other.) The nail tech was rude when I asked for my nails shorter because I play sports and play guitar, she still kept my nails long. The image I wanted for my nails was a gorgeous black French tip with silver lined Stars. They didn't even have the silver and they didn't even do the star design I wanted.
