Looks love my pedicures!
Kelly was doing nails when I walked in for shellac polish removal. She was rude and charged me $11 plus change for removing polish. Her and the lady that removed my polish were laughing at me or about me and repeating what I requested to them in English, then speaking back and forth with eachother in their language. Rude and UNWELCOMING behaviour. I have yet to find a salon in woodstock, where I feel welcome. So rude! I can see why their rating is so low. First off, I went there with a family member and she made a reservation for our nails to be done side by side together. (We were not beside each other.) The nail tech was rude when I asked for my nails shorter because I play sports and play guitar, she still kept my nails long. The image I wanted for my nails was a gorgeous black French tip with silver lined Stars. They didn't even have the silver and they didn't even do the star design I wanted. A couple of weeks ago, I had my nails done at this salon, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The nails turned out uneven and chunky, and when I politely pointed out that one of them looked especially bad, I was told it was my fault for not keeping my finger properly inside the UV light. The staff were rude and dismissive, and instead of addressing my concern, they spoke in their own language and appeared to be mocking me.Overall, I felt very disrespected and unhappy with both the service and the attit... read more
