Just purchased a vehicle for my kid from Tim at Kelly Motors. He was very professional. Answered every question and even had a carfax ready. The vehicle needed a safety inspection still and Tim was able to get some minor repairs taken care of before we picked it up. Our experience of purchasing a vehicle from here was very easy going.
I bought a car not even a full 72 hours ago, and the check engine light is already on giving me a p0420 code as well as an electric brake problem warning light. I’m disappointed. Now, because I was dumb enough to trust someone I will be stuck paying for a car that has issues within less than 72 hours as well as being stuck paying for the repairs.
Tim was amazing to work with when I was buying my car. He took his time, didn't pressure me but listened to what I wanted and needed in order to match me with the perfect vehicle for me. We had a problem occur during the buying process that could have affected whether I bought from Kelly Auto or not. Tim handled it perfectly.
