@230 per hour for servicing And condensending , rude staff that inerupt and don't listen?? You as the customer decide.... I was quoted over $ 500 to fit a $ 200 rear seat lock that would take 5 minutes on a triton because my timeline is tight and I couldn't afford in time a visit twice for assesment then approval then fitting on warranty job ..I bet MAL Australia don't pay $500 in warranty reimbursement....230ph is a rort...who do they think they are plumbers...

I have had my cars serviced at cardiff for a few years with no real issues. I dropped my car off for my recent service and stayed in the area while waiting for my lift. During this time I received a text stating that the technician had looked at my car and suggested 2 extras added to the service.
