Very disappointed with the service. Third time now we were assured if we come in early you will be first off the rank. Sent husband in 7:15am poor thing he waited 6hrs. Mitsubishi reception team you need to be more up front and honest so your customers can be prepared for the wait.
I placed my order with Jonathan for a 2025 Outlander Aspire on 03/05/25, I was informed this model would come with leather seats and signed my contract pending the specs of audio unit and price. Price came back $2k higher than originally expected but agreed to proceed, received a call on 02/06/2025 that all specs had come back in line with what I was asking for and I sold my car the following day (private sale as the trade in offered was $7k less than what it would be sold for in the yard).
