I came twice to Kelly Mitsubishi to view a used car. The staff could not have been more helpful. On the first visit they allowed me to take the car for a test drive and on the second visit to take it overnight to get used to it. Unfortunately on this occasion I went for something else, but I wanted to say that I was well attended to and would highly recommended them for their professionalism and care. @230 per hour for servicing And condensending , rude staff that inerupt and don't listen?? You as the customer decide.... I was quoted over $ 500 to fit a $ 200 rear seat lock that would take 5 minutes on a triton because my timeline is tight and I couldn't afford in time a visit twice for assesment then approval then fitting on warranty job ..I bet MAL Australia don't pay $500 in warranty reimbursement....230ph is a rort...who do they think they are plumbers...
