Kelly is an exceptional massage therapist and yoga practitioner. She is a wealth of knowledge about all things health and wellness. Highly recommend her and all the services she has to offer.
Kelly is nothing short of amazing. She has made a world of difference in helping me manage pain caused by scoliosis and a fused spine. Not only can she quickly pinpoint problem areas and address them appropriately, she has also taught me techniques to manage my pain myself on a day to day basis. Kelly is phenomenal!!! My family does Crossfit and she knows exactly what our bodies need when we see her monthly. She's relieved pains I didn't think could be possible without medication. She's punctual, she follows up with her patience, and is extremely knowledgeable. Kelly knows the human body better than a doctor. I also use her "Divine Sleep Enhancer" because I have trouble falling asleep. This puts me to sleep in less than 10 minutes.
