It was a lucky day when we randomly got connected with Kelly Martin online while searching for houses. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor. After listening to our wants and needs, Kelly suggested the house that we ended up buying. He is a great listener, good communicator, and fun and easy to work with. We feel fortunate to have serendipitously found him to assist us in finding our new home.
Kelly was excellent with me and my son as we looked for a condo for him. My son was a local student and Kelly was working directly with home and remotely with me. He had great communication and really helped navigate our purchase extremely well during the pandemic. He offered to help beyond the normal role of a r/e broker. ….and I got this great Yeti mug which made the whole thing worth it.

Kelly went well above and beyond what any realtor has done for us in the past (and I have bought and sold 6 homes before this recent purchase). I was only able to visit the Bozeman area at the start of our house hunt. The rest of the process to evaluate and select a house was done remotely.
