This agency is head and shoulders better than the other local State Farm office. Unlike Tim Chattertons office where calls were not returned or weeks later if at all, this office is extremely professional, diligent, helpful, proactive, they return calls. After I moved my policies I found out that Tim never took care of policy opt outs that I hand delivered to his office. Why did I put up with Chatterton for so long?
No problem with them and very great people.
Horrible! I’ve moved out of NY no longer have a NY license not on the car I was insuring for my daughter! The plates were lost and they keep taking money out of my bank account for insurance payments despite cancellation of insurance! They blame it on NY and won’t help me! Fighting them through my bank now! Don’t join here, never had anything good to say!!!!
They are the best. My dad always with the original agent and then I stayed on and now my daughter has her insurance with.
