Dr Gallegos did a tummy tuck, breast implants, and breast lift on me 14 years ago. I am still happy with my results to this day. He takes pride in his work and he is a perfectionist. I would never go to anyone else.
So unhappy with this doctor. He did not fill my saline implants up to their fullest. It feels like empty bags in my chest. He did not put the amount of ccs in them as we had discussed prior to surgery. He left horrific scars (which he even said, Oh, I should fix those). And when I went in for a followup visit because I thought they had leaked, he charged me even though I already paid for surgery and follow up visits. Also beware, he says consultations are free. that is false. I was billed $100.
I had to have 20 year old implants replaced. My experience with Dr. Gallego could not have been better. He was professional and caring in his approach. Further, he spent the time I needed to get answers to my questions. And he takes great pride in doing his work well.
