I feel truly cared for and heard. I have even had after hours call directly from Kelly to ensure I was getting the best care.
Kelly has been an absolute god send for me. She listens and values my opinion and talks to me and treats me like an actual human, not just a set of symptoms.
I saw Kelly for several months before switching to a different psychiatrist because I felt as though she didn’t listen to my needs or concerns. I told her for months that I didn’t feel like the lexapro I had been taking for 12+ years was working before she finally listened and switched my medication. During this time I was in the process of switching to a new psychiatrist, which she seemed visibly and verbally annoyed about, and then she never sent in my new prescription to the pharmacy.
