I had an 0830 appointment this morning and was not seen until 0905. I felt Dr. Burkert gave me a quick body scan compared to the one she gave me last year. When I mentioned to the receptionist that I had to wait 35 minutes to be seen, her reply was "that's not bad - sometimes it's an hour wait." I feel Dr. Burkert is a good physician but my time is important, too so I will need to explore other options.
I really liked my first appointment and follow up with Dr. Burkert. We said I would follow up in 12 months and I hope by then she finds a new practice. I would give Dermatology ltd one star for the way they run the office.
First, the office is very efficient and the staff are friendly, polite and well trained. I was actually taken a few minutes early. Dr. Burkert is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made suggestions for me about routine skin care. I've never had a better office experience.
