Dr. López does not care about her patients. I went to her office with pain in my lower abdomen and she said she will put in a request for an MRI. She never did and she never put notes in the system about my visit. After several months without hearing back from her, I called her again to ask her to please put in the MRI request and it was rejected by my insurance because she forgot to make notes that I had pain so of course the insurance will reject it.
