Received a quote and authorized them to remove and landscape my backyard hill. They spent 20 minutes removing existing landscaping and left the hill not clean and weeds still in the hill. They planted the wrong type of Blue Juniper. I called 3 time since the hill was done and they have never shown up. I ripped out the shrubs and did the hill over myself. Friendly people but terrible quality work and no follow-up.

This company is SO easy to work with and they do an amazing job for the price. We got quote from TrueGreen that was $50 for our tiny lawn and Kelly Landscapes charges us $35. I had a million weeds in my yard and now they are all gone and my yard is the greenest in the neighborhood. My yard looked so good my neighbor across the street fired TrueGreen and signed up with Kelly Landscapes and hasn't regretted it since!

Very Unprofessional. Poor customer service and business etiquette. My husband and I decided to find another landscaping company after noticing that we were paying monthly and work was not being completed. The last straw was when our front yard was destroyed (supposedly the lawn was cut with broken blades) . We had management come view our many complaints which they confirmed, work had not been done, HOWEVER, informed us that since we no longer want to let them destroy our lawn that we owe an extra $400+.
