If I could give zero stars I would. I have had chronic GI issues since I was a child. My PCP agreed a ostomy would benefit me, sent her notes to discuss. We waited for an hour to see her and it was SERIOUSLY a 3 minute appointment, she walked in and told me she’s not giving me one simply because I’m at my wits end. She read no previous test, scopes, notes nothing. She just nodded her head while I was talking and said she’ll send me a referral to IU GI, as if I haven’t seen 3 in the last year. it was horrible. Dr Klinker is a good surgeon, and has a good team with her. Im thankful for each of them, my procedure went well and Dr Klinker had tests done before that were necessary for my safety. Healthcare workers are heroes. ❤
