What an awful service, I called to make appt. they put me on hold for 10 min. then hang up, called back hang up again, call the 3rd time they were very rude so I hang up and forgot it

I ended up in Birmingham because of a brain bleed. I needed a GP so I could get the blood pressure meds I had to have so that the 2nd aneurysm didn't get any bigger. First visit with Dr. Kelly I told him what happened and the man actually chuckled and said "I doubt it!". I had to call the neurosurgeon and tell him and he sent Dr. Kelly an email. I had insurance and always paid my copay. Went in for an appointment one day and all of a sudden I owe 300 dollars and they refused to see me till it was paid. I've never been back.

Terrible people for the sick. Real rude front office staff. I had a virus could be COVID and they were mean. Should have seen me instead of putting it on another and making the germ spread. Please follow behind me and give them a bad review for spreading germs.b

Started out pretty good, agreed to treat major problems. However, on follow-up appt refused to do anything. Appears that his mood swings directly effect patient care. Catch him in a good mood, an "ok" physician, otherwise, don't expect much!
