I had a disappointing experience with Attorney Lim. In my opinion, the approach felt very pessimistic and not client centered. Instead of feeling supported or guided through a difficult legal matter, I felt that the representation was not moving in a productive direction and that there was not enough willingness to work with me toward a meaningful strategy. Went in person to get an appointment. They took my info and said they'd be in touch. It's been months, I've called many times and left many voicemails and I've still yet to see an attorney or hear back from anyone.
Attorney Brand helped guide me through a crappy unfortunate contractor experience with knowledge, compassion, & confidence in 2024 when it was really tough on me emotionally to be in that position. Thanks again.
