My 2019 Jeep Cherokee was being serviced for 21 days. The starter was replaced, nothing else. $1700. I’ve previously had electrical issues, and wanted Jeep professionals to be sure it wasn’t an electrical issue again. The people are very respectful with expertise…I don’t think it’s the people - I think they are woefully understaffed and have been for years.
