During my appointment with N P Kristen Dubois, she was very thorough in her explanation of my test results. She explained the available treatment options and why she felt surgery was not a good choice for me. Even though I was disappointed, she was kind and thorough and took the time to explain the treatment plan she does recommend. The office staff was both professional and helpful.
Everything was done in a professional manner. I was very pleased with the knowledge and help I received today . Thanks everyone !
Dr. Scranz is wonderful. He is very thorough and patient. His staff works very efficiently. In fact, I got there early and the nurse took me back almost immediately.
Wasn’t the answer I was hoping for but Dr Scrantz was honest and upfront with me about my back issues. I really appreciate the truth.
