I’ve been waiting for my 416$ which was charged by mistake from my debit card to be disputed / refunded for more than 6 weeks and l had to call my bank to dispute the transaction since to date neither Bristol West which is the insurance company nor Kelly insurance / Allie Khalifeh insurance which is the broker has refunded me anything and honestly am fed up calling or messaging the broker which makes me feel bad as if it was my mistake that she didn’t read her messages before deducting the balance one more time!
