We just bought a used car from Paul Ennico at Major Hyundai and it was one of the best car buying experiences ever. Paul went the extra mile in every way and literally by even traveling a considerable distance to my home so I could sign the paperwork. He is a "major" asset to this dealership and we would buy again.
Great as a dealership. Horrible service. Basically, they put a temporary fix on a problem and tell you to come back and "next time" they'll fix the issue. Sorry, but if I'm bringing the car to you to be fixed, I expect it to be fixed now, not "next time."
They have updated the showroom and it looks really nice. We got the Sonata we wanted at a good price and they included free maintanance!
Great customer service, the service was very quick and very helpful. Everyone was very friendly. I would highly recommend Major Hyundai. Thank you Major for your service I'll be soon.
