Scheduled an appoint for an estimate and they arrived and were very friendly. 2 months passed with no communication and no estimate to review. My wife called them to see where we were at with the estimate and the guy that answered flipped out on her for politely inquiring about the estimate. Apparently a broken leg keeps them from making a phone call and keeping potential customers informed as to where they are in the process. We went with Creative Designs for our bathroom remodel and couldn’t be happier with their service.
Ryan and his entire crew were great to work with. We wanted a section of large wrap around porch converted into a master bedroom, which I was not sure could be done. He and his team made it happen, and exceeded expectations. Whenever there was a hurdle, Ryan would call immediately with options to overcome in a timely and cost conscience manner. Highly recommend Kelly Homes & Remodeling for any project you have!
My husband and I feel Kelly Homes & Remodeling did a fantastic job in refinishing our very old and dark, early 80’s basement level of our home. They completely gutted the area, added a laundry room area, and utility sink, previously the laundry was in the garage. They improved the insulation to this level, and improved the lighting by adding recessed lights. After receiving several quotes for a new roof Kelly Homes came in with the best price and service. We were in desperate need of a new roof. And I had a vision of adding metal roofing over the porch, new shutters, a new front door, and new gutters. I wanted an updated look on the facade of our 1962 home. I’m so pleased with the work Ryan and his team did for me. A new roof, a new bedroom floor, and painting of a master bedroom suite. Everyone was wonderful to work with and the end product was impeccable. The price was incredibly reasonable! I’m absolutely thrilled with the level of customer service and craftsmanship I received, and I will go to Ryan first when I have home improvement plans in mind. All in all, the BEST experience.
