They charge you on the way in and the way out for pets Their non-negotiable $200 pet fee and $25 per month pet rent are allegedly used for the increased cost that pets bring, but then when you move out they will charge you fully for any damages the pet has done. They even admitted to me that they structure it as fees so they don't have to put it towards pet damages and can instead make you pay for it!

Wonderful community The apartments at Kelly Highlands are upscale with a lot of amenities. Zoe, the leasing agent is very nice. This is a wonderful community to live in!

Friendly staff and great apartment Kelly Highlands has such a great atmosphere! I took a tour of an apartment a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience. The staff was welcoming and so helpful by answering all of the questions I had. Zoe walked me through the entire application and waitlist process. She took the time to make sure I understood everything. The apartment was spacious and the complex as a whole was very well kept. Highly recommend!
