Impossible to get a hold of someone. When I finally did, I answered excitedly and kindly mentioned that their phone may be having issues as on two occurrences I’ve picked up and didn’t hear anyone voice but could the phones being hassled with? When someone finally spoke and their voice came through, they were extremely standoffish, unhelpful, and frankly rude. Really disappointed with Dr. Helms today. I’ve been seeing her for probably almost 10 years now for my annual pap’s. At my last appointment in 2023 I was told that new research shows we don’t need annual paps anymore rather every 2-5 years, for whatever reason (and too many are bad for you? Idk I just do whatever the doctor recommends) which was good news for me bc they’re not the most comfortable. So I didn’t get one in 2024 and then toward the end of the year I was trying to get a refill on my birth control and the pharmac... read more
