Really disappointed with Dr. Helms today. I’ve been seeing her for probably almost 10 years now for my annual pap’s. At my last appointment in 2023 I was told that new research shows we don’t need annual paps anymore rather every 2-5 years, for whatever reason (and too many are bad for you? Idk I just do whatever the doctor recommends) which was good news for me bc they’re not the most comfortable. So I didn’t get one in 2024 and then toward the end of the year I was trying to get a refill on my birth control and the pharmac... read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Helms. She truly is an advocate for her patients and such an amazing source of support through pregnancy and delivery.
