Beware !! After install service is poor. Prior to them installing I told them the system was too small for the house, they said they did an estimate that the 2.5 was the system needed. The new system doesn’t cool the house. I have an exclamation mark on the lcd, the owner said I should have called the office to express concern, the. lied, said I never expressed the concern of needing the 3ton unit per previous HVAC recommendations, that I agreed to their recommendation, which was supposed to be the expert. beware! I met the owner of Kelly Heating & Cooling in March of 2023, on a matter not related to his business. It came up that he owned a heating & cooling business, & I just happened to be in the market for a new heat pump & air handler. We discussed my situation, & even though I was about an hour-and-a-half outside of his regular service area, we came to a very reasonable agreement and a few days later I had a new system installed, and running. Only reason I gave 1 star because he came on a Sunday when my ac was cutting off . He said I believed it was high pressure switch and the job would cost 1,400 to 2,400 . He left saying he would check on warranty and get back with me . That's been over 2 weeks and haven't heard a word . I took fan off and washed the coils real good and it do e the trick. Will not be using them again . Dam shame man would leave you hanging in this hot weather .
