Horrible, horrible lawyer. A family member of mine was assigned Kelly for a family court matter by legal aid. Unfortunately, legal aid only approved his application a few days before his court hearing. Kelly passed his case to another lawyer the day before his court date and barely collected any details about the matter. The other lawyer did not speak up and advocate for them or at the very least request the hearing be pushed so they could collect the necessary information. They did absolutely nothing for him! Emailed and called to get a quote/consultation as to whether my matter needed court or not. After a few missed phone calls I called them back because I thought they wanted to chat about this. While I was talking to Jenny she asked me multiple questions which made me think she was going to finally answer my one question. I was left with no answers other than "You can book a consultation for $325 dollars and then we'll see" All those phone calls and questions to tell me this? The customer service was definitely not the best ei... read more
