I've heard Kelly is great. Unfortunately this office will not see you unless you are under one of their PCPs in their network. Wait times to see a PCP are almost year. I left the New Castle system about 10 years ago because it is awful from a patient standpoint. Not surprised they make it difficult to get mental health care.
Kelly is the most caring human being. I just love her as a therapist. Very knowledgeable and a great listener.
