This was our first experience selling and Kelly Hamilton made the whole process incredibly smooth! From preparing to list and listing strategy to responding to offers and moving through the closing process, Kelly was responsive, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. We felt well-informed throughout and confident Kelly was working with our goals in mind.
My only regret is that I’m limited to 5 stars! Kelly and his company gave professional and realistic advisement and work. Any problem with the sale had an actionable solution. I implicitly trust Kelly’s work ethos and his ability to get results!

He was very knowledgeable, but he told us if he didn't know something. No guessing or lip service. While we were looking to buy, he would let each home speak for itself.
