Kelly took the time to understand our budget, timeline, and overall readiness to start the sale process. He wanted to know up front what made us the most nervous and what our dealbreakers were. He marketed the property well with photo, video, and staging. He also helped us get the deal done by presenting both buyer and seller's point of view. He is professional, personable, and a clear communicator. We would choose Kelly again in a heartbeat!
