I've been seeing allergists for most of my life (I'm nearly 50), and Dr. Simpson is hands down the worst experience I've ever received. Her office is nearly impossible to contact without navigating labyrinthine phone trees. Her schedulers rarely actually understand her schedule, and even when they do, it changes without warning. Her treatment practices are so risk-averse it's hard to imagine they are in the patient's best interest, rather than just CYA. I have been seeing Dr. Simpson for years. She is fantastic, and does extra research to help her patients. She is very kind and follows through. It is difficult to get into her office since appointments are scheduled well in advance. If anyone experiences a problem, it is likely an ARC problem with scheduling or facilities, not Dr. Simpson.

I had allergy testing in October & received paperwork to start on shots. I was told to review the information & if I decided to start, bring in the signed papers. When I took them in last month, they said it had been too long & I would have to make another appt with the Dr.(1st appt was May 23rd-3 months). I was NOT told there was a time element on returning my paperwork. So now I'm suppose to wait 3 more months to begin my treatments. I should have been told this initially.
